Hello Sec Twos!<3
Today's training was awesome, I'm so proud of you guys especially Amanda & Ni Qian okay fine Pamela too cos you hurt your foot XD for not giving up and going all the way. SecTwos FTWWW 8) Yay I love y'all as a friend, doh, what were you thinking? O: And uhm shout more! Everytime mr tan or someone says 'Eh Raffles!' y'all must SHOUT okay! Say 'ayss' or whatever, as long as you all express yourself and let out the shaolin nun inside you. Hahaha (: YESYES we must shout louder cos there's only like four of us so we must make up for the missing people by shouting louder. I know you guys can do it! :D Tsk Ni Qian I know you can scream very loudly and uhh Amanda also can one lor don't try to hide. So train hard, shout louder, and we'll be the imba-est batch ever :) DON'T YOU GUYS WANT THAT I KNOW YOU DO! Cannot deny x) Yaaay yaaay so I hope all of us manage to fulfil our wants by the end of these two weeks like uhh build muscles! or be more aggressive! or be more enthu! and such (: Prove to yourself that you can go the distance and you will. And just for the record, we did 900 uchikomi today, and 150 pushups. So proszsxzs man you guys! Keep the good work up ^^ And we'll show them during comps this year =)
